Welcome to the official web site of Richmond Metro Gold Basketball Club. We are geared up and excited as we start our 24th year of AAU basketball.

We thank all of the teams, parents and supporters for all the hard work and commitment they’ve given us. We realize that without them, this program cannot survive.

RICHMOND METRO ALUMNI REGGIE WILLIAMS(VMI) CALLED UP FROM NBA D LEAGUE TO PLAY WITH NBA GOLDEN STATE WARRIORS HAS SIGNED WITH CHARLOTTE BOBCATS-WHO ARE VERY EXCITED TO HAVE HIS EXTRAORDINARY SHOOTING ABILITY- HARD WORK AND PERSERVERANCE DOES PAY OFF

Richmond Metro Alumni-Justin Harper(UR) was selected by the Orlando Magic AS the 32nd pick in the 2011 NBA Draft . Congratulations Justin.We are so very very happy for you. It is a Wonderful thing to see your hard work and dedication pay off.

 2011 was a great year for our teams. We had teams from 2nd grade through 11th grade.

All teams played extremely well attending National AAU tournaments as well as other exposure tournaments.

We look for an even better year in 2012.
